Frequently asked questions

Answers about research use, quality documentation, storage, dispatch and how to get in touch.

Are research peptides for human consumption?

No. Everything we supply is strictly for in-vitro laboratory and scientific research. They are not medicines, supplements or therapeutic agents, are not approved by the MHRA, the FDA or any other regulator for clinical use, and are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment or the prevention of any condition.

How do I make an enquiry?

This site does not take orders or show prices. For research enquiries, technical questions or to discuss supply for your laboratory, contact us by WhatsApp or email using the buttons on any page. Our UK-based team will respond directly.

What quality documentation do you provide?

Full technical data for every compound — CAS number, molecular formula, molar weight, sequence, classification, appearance, solubility and storage guidance, with cited primary literature. Each batch is independently tested by a third-party UK laboratory, a Certificate of Analysis is available on request, and every vial carries a batch number linked to its certificate by QR code.

What is a Certificate of Analysis?

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is the laboratory report for a specific batch, recording the tests performed and the results — typically identity by mass spectrometry and purity by HPLC. Ours are produced by an independent UK laboratory. We have written a guide to reading one.

How should research peptides be stored?

Store lyophilised powder desiccated and protected from light at −20 °C. Let a sealed vial reach room temperature before opening. Once reconstituted, keep at 2–8 °C for short-term use, or aliquot and freeze at −20 °C or below, avoiding repeated freeze–thaw cycles. Full guidance is in our storage and handling article.

Who can purchase research peptides?

Purchasers confirm that they are qualified researchers, scientists, or buying on behalf of a registered research institution; are aged 18 or over; will use the products solely for lawful scientific research in a suitable laboratory setting; and have verified that importation and use are legal in their jurisdiction.

Where do you dispatch from, and how quickly?

All supply is dispatched from Warrington, Cheshire within one to two business days, by tracked Royal Mail service. We do not use overseas fulfilment, and we deliver to UK addresses only.

Do you sell retatrutide, or know who does?

No to both. Retatrutide is an unapproved investigational drug that is not lawfully available to buy outside clinical trials, and we do not refer enquirers to unregulated sellers. We have written a plain-language page explaining what it is and why.

What happens if a compound does not meet its specification?

A defective-product policy applies. If a compound fails to meet its stated specification, contact us; we will review the claim and respond.

Where is Premium Lab Peptides based?

Premium Lab Peptides is a trading name of Invicta Alliance Limited, registered in England and Wales (company number 17378067) at 1st Floor, 264 Manchester Road, Warrington, Cheshire, WA1 3RB. Supply is UK-wide.
